Dance, Dine, and Discover Europe

Dates: 28 April–31 May 2026
Priority Deadline: 1 November 2025
Application Deadline: 1 December 2025

ITALY, SWITZERLAND, FRANCE, ENGLAND
STUDY ABROAD GENERAL EDUCATION (SAGE)

Experience Europe through dance, food, and culture on a spectacular BYU Study Abroad! Journey across Italy, Switzerland, France, and England, exploring how movement and cuisine shape identity and community. Savor handmade pasta in Italy, dance in historic venues, and enjoy each day as a feast for the senses. Perfect for students in dance, humanities, global studies, or culinary arts, this program blends academic depth with cultural immersion.

Visit iconic landmarks, connect with international artists and chefs, and grow spiritually, intellectually, and creatively. With faculty-led excursions and hands-on learning, you’ll leave with lifelong memories, meaningful friendships, and a global perspective—plus plenty of gelato and fresh baguettes! Enjoy Europe’s springtime, without the oppressive heat and crowds that fill the city and its museums later in the year.

We'll visit Rome, Pompeii, Sorrento (Amalfi Coast), Florence, Cinque Terre, Venice, Milan, Zurich, Lucerne, Paris, Versailles, Mont St. Michel, and London, and end the term in Blackpool, England to cheer on the BYU Ballroom Dancers competing at the British Open.
