The Global Leaders Scholarship Fund (GLSF) works to empower Utah's aspiring leaders from different backgrounds to participate in critical global conversations with peers from around the world by covering all travel expenses to visit an international or national conference. It was created by the Utah Council for Citizen’s Diplomacy (UCCD), a small nonprofit that works to promote respect and understanding between the people of Utah and other nations.
The GLSF is open to all applicants as long as they attend (or will be attending) a Utah college or university, are between 18 and 32 years of age, and meet the scholarship's requirements for financial aid.
