The Salt Lake Committee on Foreign Relations (SLCFR) is pleased to welcome Major Kenneth W. Bell as the guest speaker at this event. The evening's events include a social at 6:00 p.m. followed by a dinner at 7:00 p.m. and Major Bell's presentation at 8:00 p.m.

Major Bell serves as Teaching Faculty and Deputy Department Chair of Global Security Intelligence Studies in the College of Strategic Intelligence at National Intelligence University. Major Bell graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and commissioned into the United States Air Force in May 2010. He later earned his master’s degree in Strategic Security from The George Washington University. Following technical training at Goodfellow AFB in Texas, Major Bell was assigned to the 614th Air and Space Operations Center at Vandenberg AFB in California where he served as Senior Intelligence Duty Officer, and Deputy Chief, Analysis, Correlation, and Fusion Team. Major Bell was later assigned to the Defense Intelligence Agency in Washington, D.C. where he served in a variety of duties.
