Are you a student interested in international graduate study, research, or English teaching? Or a faculty member who wants to go abroad to teach, conduct research, or carry out professional projects?

Consider applying for a Fulbright award! This prestigious nationwide program gives students and professionals scholarships and grants to participate in cultural exchanges abroad.

Want to learn more? Join us for Fulbright Day on 6 March to get more information and have your questions answered by representatives from the Kennedy Center for International Studies, the Office of National Scholarships & Prestigious Fellowships, and the Research Development Office.

11 am | Faculty Scholar Program

Join us to learn about the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program, which gives faculty the opportunity to study and teach in more than 160 countries. Find out which award is right for you and how to put together a compelling application.

12 pm | Fulbright Faculty Panel

Hear from a panel of BYU faculty who’ve previously received Fulbright awards. They’ll discuss their experiences, give application tips, and answer questions about how to navigate living and working in a foreign country. Lunch will be provided.

2 pm | Student Program

This program gives U.S. students the chance to go abroad for graduate study, research, or English teaching. Hear from former BYU student Fulbrighters and get application tips from a student panel. Street tacos will be served.
