Houston Harris is the Political Officer for the U.S. Mission to Yemen based in Riyadh. Leaving the practice of law at age 32, he uprooted his family from Texas, taking his first posting in Caracas, Venezuela with subsequent service in Tokyo, Japan and Muscat, Oman. Houston graduated from BYU in 2007 with a BA in Political Science and a minor in Latin American Studies. He is accompanied by his wife and three children.
