Becoming One: the 35th Annual International Society Conference

Monday, April 07
8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Hinckley Center

Join us for the 35th annual International Society conference,
Becoming One: Addressing Global Disparity.

As countries of the world grapple with widening disparities in health, education, income, agriculture, security, technology, and climate conditions, can nations find a path toward common ground, mutual improvement, and greater unity? Divisions among nations and peoples seem increasingly cavernous as some countries seek isolationism while others join forces to combat common threats. In the face of changing governments and marginalized communities, are nations seizing a moment of opportunity or abandoning their ideals? There are hotspots within the global Church that threaten unity and impact members. This year’s conference of The International Society will explore these hotspots and how Latter-day Saints navigate worldwide disparities while following the Savior’s admonition to “be one.”

Hear keynote addresses from Elder Edward Dube, General Authority Seventy, and Mark Ott, inaugural dean of the BYU Medical School. See the full schedule here.

Join us in person or watch the livestream. Conference attendance is free, but registration is required. Event details and the livestream link will be sent to those who register.

A ticket must be purchased for the Award Luncheon, as space allows.
