Lima, the second-oldest capital city in South America, was founded by the Spanish conquistador Francisco Pizarro and named “the City of Kings.” Lima features heavily visited summer beaches to the north and south of the city, as well as sporting a vibrant and active theatre scene. Lima is rated as the gastronomical capital of Latin/South America by several magazines and newspapers. Escuela de Administración de Negocios Para Graduados (ESAN) was the first business school in Peru to be AMBA-accredited. It demonstrates first-class quality in its region, and it is an active school on the international level.
