12:30–2:30 p.m.—Session 2: “Stress Relief and Self-Care,” Courtney Niebrzydowski, international travel risk analyst, University of Denver
Prior to her time at DU, Niebrzydowski spent nine years working at several institutions and study abroad providers both in the U.S. and abroad. She has been interested in wellness for years and is currently completing a nutritional therapy practitioner program that incorporates balance in nutrition and all aspects of life. Niebrzydowski completed a dual degree master’s program in European studies at Southern Denmark University and the University of Flensburg, Germany. She also received a BA in international Affairs from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
