David Evans is a senior economist on the team for the 2018 World Development Report at the World Bank. Evans’ research focuses on the economics of education, health, and social safety nets, particularly in Africa and Latin America. He teaches economic development at the Pardee RAND Graduate School of Public Policy and received a PhD in economics from Harvard University.
