The Baskerville Institute will host a lecture by Dr. Suzanne Maloney, director of the Foreign Policy program at Brookings Institution, where her research focuses on Iran and the Persian Gulf region. The lecture will focus on how the Iranian Revolution of 1979 has reshaped Iran and the region, dramatically shifting the balance of power in the Middle East, generating serious challenges to the geopolitical order in the Middle East.
Ambassador John Limbert will moderate this talk. Ambassador Limbert has had a distinguished record. He served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Iran and distinguished professor at the Naval Academy.
