ABOUT THE PRESENTATION
Tim Wynne-Jones’ first adult novel, Odd’s End, won the $50,000 Seal First Book Award and was later made into a dreadful movie in France. Wynne-Jones has written thirty-four books including adult novels, picture books, short story anthologies, middle-grade, and young adult novels.
Wynne-Jones’ work has been published in Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Danish, Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Catalan, and Hebrew.
In 2012, the governor general of Canada bestowed upon Wynne-Jones the title of Officer of the Order of Canada.
His newest novel the Emperor of Any Place, will be in print this fall. Followed in 2016 by the picture book Secret Agent Man Goes shopping for Shoes.
