Workshop with WAVE
Misan Rewane is CEO for West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE). Rewane is passionate about using education to impact youth and effect change. A Nigerian, she previously worked at Monitor Group, Technoserve, Bridge International Academies, and the Center for Public Policy Alternatives. She has also co-founded IMPACT Initiative (a youth development nonprofit), and Designing Futures (an education incubator). Rewane received degrees from Stanford University and Harvard Business School.
Noella Moshi ia programs/expansion lead for WAVE. Moshi is passionate about designing for scale. Previously, she was on the founding team of African Leadership University (ALU) Education where she directed marketing. Moshi co-developed Goodbye Malaria, a social impact venture that works with private and nonprofit organizations to eliminate malaria. She received a master’s in clinical science and immunology from the University of Cape Town, is a Mandela-Rhodes scholar, and is among the Mail & Guardian’s top 200 Young South Africans.
