Learn how a summer internship experience in Siena impacted the trajectory of an aspiring student.
Robert Borden is a recent graduate of Brigham Young University and an alumnus of the Dante Alighieri di Siena. Borden’s presentation will focus on how his summer internship and study experience influenced his decision to pursue a law career. Further, he will discuss how the time spent working under the authorization of the Prefect of Siena has created many opportunities for him including the chance to represent Italy and—later—China as a part of the Model United Nations program. Borden feels his time in Siena was foundational to his entire undergraduate experience, which culminated in being elected as BYU’s student body president and graduating with University Honors.
