Micah Zenko a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, is an expert in conflict prevention, U.S. national security policy, military planning and operations, and nuclear weapons policy. Previously, he worked for five years at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, and in Washington, D.C., at the Brookings Institution, Congressional Research Service, and State Department’s Office of Policy Planning.
