Mark Thomas served for thirty-eight years as an Intelligence Analyst and Officer in the Air Force and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). He was the NGA liaison to NATO Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, US Northern Command, and US Air Forces in Europe and Africa.
Ray Levesque served as an Army Defense Intelligence Senior Leader, Army intelligence civilian, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) civilian, and intelligence contractor for over forty-one years. He has spent twenty-five years overseas in Latin America and Europe with various agencies.
Dean Carver served for twenty-seven years as a CIA analyst covering Asian political, military, and economic issues, including five years working overseas in Hong Kong and Singapore. He then worked for twelve years with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).
