Join Professor Jason Blazakis, director of our Center on Terrorism, Extremism, and Counterterrorism (CTEC), for an online discussion on the current terrorism threat landscape. Blazakis recently wrote a piece for Lawfare on domestic terrorism and participated in a podcast on the rise of the far-right wing threat in the United States. In this online discussion, he will dig into the steps policymakers should take to counter the rise of the right-wing terrorist threat.

Blazakis will also answer questions about CTEC and about working in the federal government, where he spent twenty years before coming to the Middlebury Institute, including his last role as the director of the Counterterrorism Finance and Designations Office for the Bureau of Counterterrorism in the U.S. Department of State.
