Joshua W. Busby is an associate professor of public affairs in the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin. In addition, Busby is a distinguished scholar at the Strauss Center, a nonresident fellow with the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, and a senior research fellow at the Center for Climate & Security. He has authored two books: AIDS Drugs for All: Social Movements and Market Transformations (with Ethan Kapstein, 2013) and Moral Movements and Foreign Policy (2010).
