Rachel Kearl will provide an overview of her position as an advisor for John Snow, Inc. and describe her career path, provide career advice, and discuss life lessons.

Kearl currently provides human capital and organizational design consulting services to USAID-funded projects globally with the goal of improving access to healthcare in emerging markets. During her career, Kearl has lived in both Abu Dhabi, UAE, and New Delhi, India. She received a BS in sociology from Brigham Young University and an MA in social-organizational psychology from Columbia University.
