Mary Elise Sarotte is a faculty associate for the Center for European Studies at Harvard University. Sarotte is working on two books: an edited volume, on the on-going impact of German reunification on European and transatlantic politics, and a monograph on NATO expansion and U.S. foreign policy. Irina A. Faskianos, vice president for National Program and Outreach at the Council on Foreign Relations, will also participate.
