Abigail Barnes, recruitment analyst for the Bureau of Consular Affairs and Bureau of Global Talent Management at the U.S. Department of State, will discuss the Consular Fellows Program. This program is a paid opportunity, and specifically, speakers of Arabic, Chinese, Portuguese, and Spanish are needed. However, the program is not limited to only these languages.
