Donald Rogers served for over 25 years in the Central Intelligence Agency’s Clandestine Service as a Collection Management Officer, Senior Operations Manager, and Senior Training Officer. His assignments abroad included many in the East Asia region, and he is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. He retired from government service in 2016 and has been working as a contractor since then. He received an AA from Ricks College and a BA in International Relations from Brigham Young University. He served in the Taiwan Taichung Mission and is married with two sons.
