Ray Levesque retired after a 41-year career in the US Intelligence Community as an Army Defense Intelligence Senior Leader (DISL). After being commissioned as an Army intelligence officer, his career included additional time as an Army intelligence civilian, as a Defense Intelligence Agency civilian, and as an intelligence contractor. His career also saw him working as a liaison with Central Intelligence Agency offices, the National Security Agency, and the Drug Enforcement Agency, and various host nation elements. Twenty-five years of his career were spent overseas in Latin America and Europe. He has a BA in History from the University of Arizona and a master’s degree in War Studies from Kings College London.
