The Salt Lake Committee on Foreign Relations (SLCFR) is pleased to invite you to an engaging session with Henry Ziemer, associate fellow at CSIS, as he presents new research on China-linked port projects across Latin America and the Caribbean. Drawing from a newly developed CSIS database and risk index, Ziemer will explore China’s strategic objectives, U.S. responses, and key projects of concern, offering timely policy recommendations for the U.S. and its partners.
The evening's events include a social at 6:00 p.m. followed by a dinner at 7:00 p.m. and Mr. Ziemer's presentation at 8:00 p.m. Reservations are mandatory for dinner. Reservations made after the deadline will be accepted for the lecture only.
