The 12th annual Hawaii International Conference on Arts and Humanities encourages the following types of submissions: Research Papers, Abstracts, Student Papers, Case Studies, Work-in-Progress Reports or Proposals for Future Research, and Reports on Issues Related to Teaching.

Acceptable presentation forms include paper sessions, workshop presentations, panel sessions, and poster sessions.

The European Diplomacy Workshop (EDW) is a week-long, first in Europe program devoted solely to the European Union Foreign Policy, the Eastern Partnership, and the European Neighborhood Policy. EDW is a forum for exchanging experiences and enhancing cooperation between leaders from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East by giving participants opportunities to broaden their EU and regional specific knowledge and acquire and practice essential skills necessary for shaping the modern world.

Based on lectures from experts in the fields of EU Foreign Policy (Eastern Partnership and European Neighborhood Policy), and hands-on skills training, EDW is designed for emerging political and social leaders, public servants, and nongovernmental representatives who are eager to learn how to influence the changing context of their country.
