PEAT is a group of students and professors that engage in development work through evaluation research. Our research helps development organizations build stronger, more effective programs. PEAT trains interns in evaluation skills while on campus and matches them up with an NGO in a developing country, allowing them to gain valuable understanding and experience while making a significant contribution to an NGO’s development work. Recent interns have worked in Mexico, Uganda, India, Jordan, Thailand, and other countries on projects ranging from maternal health clinics to microfinance.
