This series will explore the relationship between the restored gospel and environmental stewardship in the context of our responsibilities as global citizens. Guest speakers draw from the most recent research on aspects of Mormon belief and place this discussion in the global context of world religions and their response to the environmental crisis.
Anna Thurston is a master’s candidate in the intersection of art, religion, and the environment at Yale University, referring to environmental humanities as “the gateway drug” for sustained compassion and care of the natural world.
