Amnesty International is a global movement of people fighting injustice and promoting human rights. Currently the world’s largest grassroots human rights organization, we investigate and expose abuses, educate and mobilize the public, and help transform societies to create a safer, more just world. The BYU Chapter aims to connect college students and the surrounding community with the international movement, and by extension, the world in which we live. We hope to promote awareness of injustice and provide avenues for students and community members to take action and stand up for human rights.
