You will receive a linguistic introduction to the world of the Maya, ancient and contemporary. Whether you are interested in historical linguistics, pre-Columbian literature (Popol Wuj), archaeology, social anthropology, agriculture, Latin American Studies, or international development, this course will advance your understanding of indigenous Latin America.
