European Teacher Institute in Spain

BYU’s Center for the Study of Europe (CSE) is hosting its third annual European Teacher Institute in Spain during summer 2015. The teacher institute in Spain will provide participants with a variety of experiences in Spanish art, culture, education, and history along with opportunities to engage in thoughtful conversations about their European discoveries. While in Spain, teachers will visit schools, tour Madrid and the surrounding area, and participate in a host of other educational and cultural activities. These experiences will enable the teachers to return to their classrooms better equipped to raise the cultural awareness of their students and to prepare their students to live and work in a global society.
